Life is a Journey of Continuous Learning
By Jacklyn | June 27, 2007
I truly believe in personal development. I thank God for my life that He has let me experience my life in a very special way. (Read my profile here). Having gone through the struggles between the edge of life and death really strengthened me and gave me a clear vivid picture of my life purpose now.
Today, my life mission is to bring the gift of health and knowledge to mankind. Life is meaningless without good health, don’t you agree? For those who have gone through or are facing major adversities in your life right now (be it health issues, business or relationships) I would say that you are chosen to live an inspiring story for the rest of the world if you are determined to fight on… How? Through self development, self motivation and finding your purpose in life!
I stress the importance of seeking knowledge. Without knowledge, we won’t know how to move on in the right direction. With knowledge comes wisdom, and wisdom will exercise our power to choose the correct path in our life, making the correct decision and taking the correct actions to reach the Outcome we desire.
Learning is an ongoing process. As the Chinese saying “learn till we are old”. I learn through life experiences, from the people around me, from training programs, books, audio programs, videos and some great websites from the Internet.
Here are just some great resources I’m using personally. I’m sure it will change your life if you start applying what you learn from it!
Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires by Adam Khoo
Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny by Adam Khoo & Stuart Tan
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey
The 8th Habit by Stephen R. Covey
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
I Am Gifted, So Are You by Adam Khoo

Yeah! You are right. We must never stop learning new things and never give up learning from the past.

Jacklyn,
Those are great books. Just to share with you that the books that made the greatest impact in my life are “The Science of Getting Rich”, “The Secret of Millionaire Mindset” and “The Richest Man In Babylon”.
Great books! Borrow from me if you want a good read.

Thanks Jacklyn for the great recommendation! I myself have found that The Secrets has somehow changed the way I think recently =)
I am also reading other books and have found that actually the most successful secret is in our MIND. Everything seems to boils down to how we perceive things.
Look forward to your future post!

Hi Peterson,
At last we met face to face last night. I would say I’m really blessed to be who I am today!
To have the opportunity to share with others what I’ve learned in internet marketing gives me even more confidence to excel in this new journey of mine.
Seek and you shall find..
God Bless
