Potential Training @ KL
By Jacklyn | April 26, 2007
It was a great weekend on 14th & 15th April at KL attending our E.Excel Malaysia potential training for new distributors. Its program without reading materials or notes taking, fully activities. I believe hands-on workshops and activities can bring out a person’s creativity, courage and potentials in him or her. As it was a training meant for new distributors, many emphasis were put on attitude, trust and team building.
Talking about attitude, one participant really caught my attention. A Muslim guy?? I approached him and started speaking to him in mandarin as this course is a fully mandarin speaking program, and to my astonishment, he doesn’t understand mandarin! After some conversation, found out his name is Is for short, I came to know and even felt his desire to learn and grow in his new E.Excel business despite having a successful traditional business in KL and Sarawak. Is told me he learned with his heart, opening up all his other senses and with some help from other participants’ translation here and there. And with 100% participation in all the activities, he even stepped out to share about his learnings! (In English of course).
Is’s action has shown us what attitude is when comes to learning and the desire to succeed in his new adventure. We were very inspired and motivated by him and it also goes to remind us that every person and everything that happens around us has a good intention for us to learn about life!
Though it was a tiring journey for us to travel all the way to KL just for the 2-day training, all of us came back feeling awesome and energized.

Hi, I’m Henry one of the participant. What I learn from this training program is friendship. Friendship is so important for everyone of us. For us to enjoy the meaningful journey, we must learn how to be truth to our friends. As long as we treat our friends like our family member, your friends will treat you as their family member. One thing for sure that your friend want to support you because they want you to be successful.

How true Henry. True friendship is an asset that money cannot buy. Friends turn up when need help and support and Friends turn up to share our joy and celebrate with us! All of us have some friends that are closer to us than our own family members, great if you have many. So let us all start cherishing these wonderful relationships…
