POE Whoosh 24
By Jacklyn | April 25, 2008
Whoosh 24 of Patterns of Excellence (POE) has finally came to an end after 8 days of life-changing activities, motivation, inspiration and empowerment. I belief that many will leave this program and start making a difference in their lives and other people’s lives using all the strategies they have mastered from this POE program.
As for me, this is my eighth round coming back to coach POE and each time, I learn something new through all the different experiences I had with the coaches and the participants. Coaching POE has also given me much opportunity to apply what I have learned from my NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) courses and from our fellow coaches.
Being a person who believe so much in personal development, I believe NLP is a life tool to enable us to achieve whatever successes we deserve and desire in an enjoyable way, and at the same time, we can also help others to live their life to the fullest.
The end of every program also means the beginning of taking massive actions towards our new found directions and goals. And remember, change is inevitable if we want a different result in our life. “Change is a door that can only be opened from the inside”. May be some external circumstances or forces can offer temporary change, but change has to come from the inside for we ourself, are the only one who can unlock that door!

London Trip
By Jacklyn | April 13, 2008
What an awesome trip! A trip that is meant for Personal Development. It was my first trip to London and I just love the place the moment I’m on the street. Cool weather, beautiful ancient buildings and huge parks. Me and Pauline have arranged to reach London 3 days before the long anticipated Success University International Convention which was held at Hilton Metropole London, England.
We spent the 3 days visiting most of the tourists’ attraction like Buckingham Palace, London Tower & Tower Bridge, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, London Dungeon, Chinatown and enjoying rides like The Big Bus, the London Eye, cruising pass London Tower Bridge and enjoying all the new cum old buildings along the famous River Thames.
And guess what happened on the Sunday morning? It was snowing! Really cold, especially when the wind blew our faces, but that was really fun as we don’t have the chance to experience it here in Singapore.
A leaders’ dinner followed by 2 days of convention was motivating, inspiring and empowering! We enjoy some personal time with mentors like Matt Morris, Johnny Wimbrey, Tony Michael, Kalpesh Patel, Gary Eby and Jerry Clark. Johnny and Kalpesh are such an inspiration to proof that lives can be transformed when you are committed to do whatever it takes for it to happen!
Do share some of our happy moments and energy there..

Johnny Wimbrey is Going Hollywood!
By Jacklyn | March 27, 2008
Johnny Wimbrey, a man with an inspiring story to tell, has made million of dollars through Network Marketing, or I like to call it the MLM industry. Being in this industry for the last few years, MLM has printed a special meaning in my heart.
MLM means “Making Lives Meaningful”!
MLM is one industry that you are successful only if you’ve helped, trained and lead enough people in your organization to achieve their successes. This quote from Zig Ziglar is the secret behind my little humble success in my Network Marketing business.
~ You will get everything you want in your life, if you help enough people to get what they want. ~
Now, Johnny Wimbrey did not stop here, he is moving on to touch more people’s life through Hollywood! I’m so excited that I will be meeting Johnny next week, do whatever it takes to get into his inner circle and model at least one of his successes!
See you in London, Johnny. You are an inspiration and I wish you success in your upcoming “The Johnny Show”.

Patterns of Excellence March 2008
By Jacklyn | March 4, 2008
The first Patterns of Excellence (POE) program in year 2008 is this coming March 27th-30th 2008, This 4-Day Life Transformational Program will be conducted personally by Adam Khoo with his partner, Stuart Tan.
POE is one of the most powerful programs I’ve attended. I became more focused and empowered after applying those strategies I picked up in “changing our state” session, learned how to anchor my resourceful state, eliminating my limiting beliefs, reaffirm what’s really important to me (my values) and so much more! My results are obviously shown in my busier but happier lifestyle, career and my relationships. In fact, it helped me to win a fight over my hospitalization (my heart ache!!) last October and November due to the side effects of the soooo-many medications I need to pop into my mouth everyday.
Not only I’ve benefited from POE tremendously, by going back to coach this program, I further experienced and seen so many people breaking through years of limiting beliefs, habits and thought patterns and developing the strategies to achieve exceptional results in their careers, wealth and relationships. POE has helped turned average people into extraordinary achievers, turning broken relationships to love again and even bankrupts into millionaires.
From Adam:
“I did not transform these people’s beliefs, thoughts, behaviors and life. They did it for THEMSELVES. All I did was to show them exactly how they could take immediate control of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours using the skills and strategies from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is the science of using the language of the mind to program your neurology to achieve exceptional results.
I am going to show you exactly how I used this amazing technology to develop laser focus, unstoppable self-confidence, consistent motivation to achieve everything that I have for the last 15 years. From becoming a best selling author, to building multi-million dollar businesses, to maintaining a loving relationship with my spouse for over 14 years and feeling incredible happy and fulfilled everyday.
You are going to learn how to create the amazing life that you deserve for YOURSELF. Learning NLP is like installing the most powerful OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) in your bio-computer so that whatever applications you use will be maximized to its fullest potential. You have goals to achieve results in your life but feel that something holds you back or that you lack the mindset and strategies, then this is your opportunity to change your life.“
If you want to attend the next Patterns of Excellence program, then you have to ACT NOW! You can call me at +6593370033 or drop me an email to book a seat or attend the last introductory preview on 13 March 2008, 7pm, Singapore, AKLTG Training Centre (The actual place where POE will be conducted).
I will be in the coaching team again as I have enjoyed and learned much during my coaching experiences and can contribute back to POE program both at the same time! Looking forward to hear from you. Cheers!

Free Ebooks – How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and More
By Jacklyn | February 18, 2008
I was browsing some of my favorite personal development blogs this afternoon and I think ‘CreatingABetterLife.net‘ is a very resourceful site you can explore too.
Beginners Marketing Class is offering a free 30 day membership through the end of February, and a part of that offer includes a number of free ebooks to add to your library. The one that struck my interest the most was How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie – a classic in the personal development genre.
How to Win Friends and Influence People promises to help you:
- Get out of a mental rut, think new thoughts, acquire new visions, discover new ambitions.
- Make friends quickly and easily.
- Increase your popularity.
- Win people to your way of thinking.
- Increase your influence, your prestige, your ability to get things done.
- Handle complaints, avoid arguments, keep your human contacts smooth and pleasant.
- Become a better speaker, a more entertaining conversationalist.
- Arouse enthusiasm among your associates.
I still think that it’s one of the most unfortunately titled books out there. Winning Friends and Influencing People sounds pretty manipulative and conniving… but this book is far from that. It’s more of a manual for human communication – don’t let the title turn you off like it did for me for so long.
Also freely available when you sign up for Beginners Marketing Class are The Master Key System by Charles Haanel, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, and a number of lesser known works.
Personally, I’ve signed up for the free membership so that I can do some exploring of the site; I’ll be sure to let you know if I decide to upgrade. If you sign up and decide to convert to the monthly, annual, or lifetime membership options, I’d love it if you’d share your thoughts about the site in the comments.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
p.s. The free membership is now over. You can still test the site with their 30-day trial with a one-time payment of $9.95.
