Unlock Your Self Improvement Power

When we look at a certain object, a painting for example, we won’t be able to appreciate what’s in it, what is painted and what else goes with it if the painting is just an inch away from our face. But if we move it a little further, we’ll have a clearer vision of the whole art work.
We’ve reached a point in our life where changes are inevitable, and there are a whole bunch of informations that will help us unlock our self improvement power. And yet sometimes, something can be staring us right under our nose but we don’t see it. The only time we think of unlocking our self improvement power is when everything got worst. Take the frog principle for example:
If we were to put Frog A in a pot of boiling water. What happens? He twerps! He jumps off! Why? Because he is not able to tolerate sudden change in his environment, which is the water’s temperature. On the other hand, put Frog B in a luke warm water, then turn the gas stove on and add heat slowly to the water. Personal Inspiration – 3 Keys To Reach Beyond Your Personal Limitations

Have you ever felt like your life has gotten stuck in a rut? You believe there is more to your life but you’re so busy living the routine of your daily life that you feel like you can’t break past your own perceived limitations. Well it’s time reach your greatness in life. Here are 3 keys to reach beyond your own limitations to reach your full potential.
1. Stop being complacent.
Carl Gustav Jung once said, ‘The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.’ You see, the moment you let yourself believe that the life you are living is as good as it gets you stop the flow of greatness in your life. If you are still alive, it means that you have something greater to do in your life. Don’t get complacent in your life.
2. Take a risk.
If you think you have a limitation in a certain area of your life the only way to break past it is to take a risk. Nothing is ever iron clad in life but if you are to reach your greatness you have to take risks to break past any limitations that you believe you have.
3. Believe in yourself.
If you don’t believe in yourself then you will never take a risk and you’ll live in complacency. Dare to believe in yourself enough to reach your full potential. You may be afraid but that’s normal. You may have insecurities but don’t let them stop you from reaching your purpose in life.
Your life is full of greatness. Use these 3 keys to help you break past any limitations that you feel you have so that you can discover the greatest you that you can be.

Network Marketing (MLM)

Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is a legitimate business which is base on the concept of direct sale of services or products to consumers and allowing them (the consumers) to distribute the products at the same time. Independent distributors succeed in network marketing by building an active organization using a proven system that recruits business partners and sell real products and services.
Is network marketing an illegal pyramid? Let us identity the difference between the two. Illegal pyramid are based on taking advantage of other people. For a person to actually make money in a pyramid scheme, someone has to lose money. Money is earned through recruiting people usually at a high entrance fee with low value products or even without any products at all. But in MLM, bonuses are earned through the sale of products or services. Each distributor can multiply his or her efforts, skills and talents by helping others to be successful. Network marketing has now became one of the largest distributions of products and services to the world.
Network marketing is not a get-rich scheme. It is a serious business for people who truly want to succeed and attain financial freedom in their life. It works on a proven system that successful pioneer distributors of the company have gone through and becomes a blue print for success. New distributors just need to follow the simple, proven and duplicable system that the company provides. Furthermore, the start up cost for a MLM business is considered very low compared to starting a traditional business.
The real key is this: Network marketing is all about leverage. You can leverage your time, your effort and ultimately, your income! By helping the people you personally sponsor to sponsor others, you duplicate yourself. As this process continues, you create compound growth that can lead to hundreds or thousands of people joining your business. It’s a win-win situation!
Late Paul J. Getty, who created one of the world’s greatest fortunes, said “I would rather make 1 percent on the efforts of 100 people than 100 percent on my own efforts.” This very basic concept is the cornerstone of network marketing.

Hey! It’s another love link going round. This time is the song meme. I was tagged by Glenn and this whole meme game was started by Hilda Carroll. I love to have music around, especially when music can really anchor me into different mood at that instant point of time.
I listen to English and Mandarin songs and I also love piano music from Kelvin Kern and Chamras Saewataporn. POE Whoosh 22 – Awesome!

Four days of awesome coaching experience in POE Whoosh 22 ended yesterday! This is my 4th round of POE coaching which makes me love life coaching (using NLP skills) more than ever. Every coaching experience adds on to my confidence level to help, inspire and empower others in different area of their lives as I learn not just from the trainers, coaches but also from the participants. The joy of achievement is beyond words when I see the confident sparkling eyes of the participants at the end of the program..
In fact, every POE program that I went back to coach reinforces all my new-found empowering beliefs that was set when I was a participant last year. Since then, I’ve been getting phenomenal results with all the actions I took because of this paradigm shift. Now, I have so more energy and passion to enjoy building my businesses, spending quality time with my family & friends and one very important thing – having FUN!
Here, I want to thank these people again for inspiring me and making a difference my life in one way or another in this 4 days. Firstly of course to our master trainers Adam Khoo and Stuart Tan who have shared their knowledge and experiences selflessly. Next, is the team which I shared most of the time with – “The Empowering Coaches!”. Thanks to every single coach in this team for your love, your emanated high energy and making this whole POE is great success (Can you feel our energy from the photos?). And lastly, I want to thank all the participants for your full participation and committment to this program which also means that we will start hearing your success stories in near future!

POE Is Here Again!

It’s another exciting time of the year as my anticipated POE (Patterns of Excellence) Program is starting again tomorrow! POE is one of the most empowering programs I’ve attended as I’ve not only learned the life-skill of Personal Mastery & Influence Mastery of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), I’ve also become so much more aware of my daily little habit patterns that has been sabotaging my potential growth for more successes in my life.
Our life can be turn around for the better if we can change our belief and our perspective towards life. I would say the two master trainer Adam Khoo & Stuart Tan have created this powerful program, and all the coaches have created the powerful environment for all the participants to learn in their best form. I bet you won’t want to miss out such proven enriching program, right? In the meantime, you may want start off with their best selling book Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny and start making a difference in your life!
The solid 4-day program has also literally killed my deep-rooted belief of needing 12 hours of sleep everyday. Imagine I’ll be sleeping half my life away if I continue to stick on to this belief for the rest of my life! Now, I sleep an average of 6 to 8 hours a day and yet still feeling fresh and energetic. I have all the extra time to start my new adventure into internet marketing and on top of that, I can explore more of NLP and keep going back to AKLTG (Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group) to coach in all the upcoming POE Programs.
As a person who believes a lot on friends and environment influence, I hang around with positive people and high positive energy environment. My team of business partners in my off-line MLM business (E.Excel International) is one fantastic team, another one is my empowering Online Personal Development Mastermind Team lead by Stuart Tan and one more powerful team is the bunch of positive, crazy, high energy and fun-loving coaches from AKLTG. I’m proud to be in these outstanding teams!
Usually, all coaches will have a gathering just before the actual POE Program to build and strengthen a even stronger bond among all the coaches. We had a great time last Saturday starting with a buffet dinner at Marina South and guess what? We had a bonus to watch the beautiful fireworks right in front of us! After dinner, we proceed to Karaoke and enjoy the night through though all of us smell like BBQ humans after the BBQ dinner!
