Coaching POE Module 2
By Jacklyn | April 26, 2007
Awesome! I’ve just finished another round of coaching at AKLTG. This time is on POE Module 2 (People Mastery). My last 2 coaching experience were both on Module 1 (Personal Mastery), and I really want to say that the Module 2 coaching experience is awesome!
I’ve picked up more NLP skills and language that has proven to me that it has so much influence on other people. To me, NLP is a life skill that would benefit anyone that practices it. Not only we can identify our own weaknesses and be able help ourselves, but also all the people around us. A good book I’ll recommend for this is Master Your Mind Design Your Destiny.
Imagine what a difference it can make to the Korean student, (last week’s most disastrous news) if he has some NLP practioner to enter into the model of his world to help him. The whole situation may not end up in such a tragedy, isn’t it? This news has a great impact on me that I must be more caring and sensitive to all the people around me.
Coming back to my coaching experience, it has given me so much more confidence in dealing with people now. Every interaction with the Master trainers Adam & Stuart, coaches and participants motivates and inspires me to grow to become a more skillful and resourceful person. I see a much deeper meaning of my life on earth. I had a wonderful experience with our small group of participants – Daniel, Kai Xiang, Nicholas, Ken, Jalyn, Jennifer and of course not forgetting my co-coach Meng. I can’t stop repeating myself that I’m so proud of you guys! Your willingness to stretch yourself have exhibited your courage, determination and perseverance to achieve whatever you truly deserve in life and all the wonders life has to offer.
Stepping out of the 5-day program is not an ending but a new beginning in the real world with a NEW YOU to conquer the world. You know you have all the resources you need within you, right? And I look forward that all of you will come back and join us in the coaching team! For all my dear friends out there, I also look forward to meet you in this life changing POE program

Potential Training @ KL
By Jacklyn | April 26, 2007
It was a great weekend on 14th & 15th April at KL attending our E.Excel Malaysia potential training for new distributors. Its program without reading materials or notes taking, fully activities. I believe hands-on workshops and activities can bring out a person’s creativity, courage and potentials in him or her. As it was a training meant for new distributors, many emphasis were put on attitude, trust and team building.
Talking about attitude, one participant really caught my attention. A Muslim guy?? I approached him and started speaking to him in mandarin as this course is a fully mandarin speaking program, and to my astonishment, he doesn’t understand mandarin! After some conversation, found out his name is Is for short, I came to know and even felt his desire to learn and grow in his new E.Excel business despite having a successful traditional business in KL and Sarawak. Is told me he learned with his heart, opening up all his other senses and with some help from other participants’ translation here and there. And with 100% participation in all the activities, he even stepped out to share about his learnings! (In English of course).
Is’s action has shown us what attitude is when comes to learning and the desire to succeed in his new adventure. We were very inspired and motivated by him and it also goes to remind us that every person and everything that happens around us has a good intention for us to learn about life!
Though it was a tiring journey for us to travel all the way to KL just for the 2-day training, all of us came back feeling awesome and energized.

“…It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”

Build Your Self Esteem – A Starter Guide To Self Improvement
By Jacklyn | April 17, 2007
So how do you stay calm, composed and maintain self esteem in a tough environment? Here are some tips you may want to consider as a starter guide to self improvement.
1. Negative Work Environment
Beware of “dog eat dog” theory where everyone else is fighting just to get ahead. This is where non-appreciative people usually thrive. No one will appreciate your contributions even if you miss lunch and dinner, and stay up late. In fact to them, staying late to work means your inefficiency to complete your work during the day! Stay out of this, it will ruin your self esteem. Competition is at stake anywhere. Be healthy enough to compete, but in a healthy competition.

Patterns Of Excellence Coaching Experinece
By Jacklyn | April 9, 2007
Awesome!
I’ve just finished another round of coaching in the Patterns Of Excellence (POE) program. This program has changed mine and many people’s lives using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). To me, this is not just a NLP course, it covers so much more including aligning my identity, values and goals in congruency, turning my bad daily habit patterns into empowering ones and ultimately, designing my own destiny!
I strongly recommend the National Best Seller book “Master Your MInd, Design Your Destiny” written by Adam Khoo with Stuart Tan, the founders and trainers of Patterns Of Excelllence. This book/program teaches you how to empower yourself to achieve anything you want in your life using proven stragedies. Go for it, as time and tide wait for no man!
Involving in the coaching program allows me to learn so much more in this area and the opportunity to coach others. It is really a great satisfaction and joy to see how new participants benefited from the this program and even more inspiring to know that they’ve taken new actions to move on to the next level in their lives. This coaching experience has strengthened me further to achieve my mission of coaching and empowering people that is around me.
Here, I want to send my heartfelt thanks to Adam & Stuart, every empowering coach in the coaching team that has shared their knowledge, experience, energy and joy selflessly, and also the staff of AKLTG that has made this program successful. Cheers!
